PARTICIPANT SUPPORT:

PANTS has a limited budget from which to provide support for travel. In order to stretch our budget, we encourage car pooling and students to share lodging as much as possible. We ask faculty with grants to fund their own travel and that of their students, if possible.
- ACCOMMODATIONS:
Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements. There are many hotels near the university within the 1.5 mile radius. Due to some other events, the hotel price is higher than normal. I have blocked a few rooms in Drury Inn & Suites with discounted prices. If you are willing to share a room then email the local organizer with your preference.
- TRAVEL:
  The mathematics department of the
University of North Carolina at Charlotte is in
Fretwell.
- PARKING:
If driving, the closest parking to the math department (Fretwell Building) is the east deck garage. You should be able to park anywhere in the East Deck 1 or East Deck 2 or East Deck 3. In general parking is free on campus during the weekend. Click here for parking information. Additionally, there is a free bus service running throughout the campus.
