Assignment5
Problem statement
A typical problem for running shoes is spike damage when walking on hard surfaces causing decreased spike performance.
The purpose of this design is to prevent spike damages with a durable design that can utilize multiple components that
each withstand the required stresses to support a load (person) over time.
Degrees of Freedom
The designs all have one primary degree of freedom which is translation in the x direciton.
Assumptions
It is assumed that the design will mitigate spike damage

Lessons Learned
1)Developed better understanding of stress analysis
2)Components require the most detail so far specifically in analysis
3)Reviewed solid modeling techniques
Advisee comments
Advisee 1 (Cody Davis): Not up at the time of checking, but I'm sure it will turn out good. I would recommend that you add equations in your analysis.
Picked Advisee (Grayson Roberts): I would recommend adding some sketches and show your work on the analysis. Overall looks good
