Personal Statement
I am passionate about developing reliable, efficient software and continuously improving my technical skills through coursework and practical projects.
- Personal Background: I am originally from Mali, West Africa which is one of the biggest countries. I am the father of two beautiful boys and I love playing soccer, watching the game, and movies.
- Academic Background: I’m currently a Junior at UNC Charlotte studying computer science with a focus in Software Engineering. Before that I graduated from Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Professional Background: I am an Uber Driver “The rideshare”. I work for my own convenience in order to pay bills and help my family.
- Primary Work Computer: The laptop I use for university is a Macbook Pro 13 inch when I am home. I also use a Windows 11 computer for much of course work.
- Backup Work Computer & Location Plan: I will go to the Atkins Library and get a loaner laptop.
