Problem Statement
Design a convenient, cost-effective, and conservative solution for transporting spare tires/wheels to/from the track. Focus on building assembly and developing individual components therein.
- Analyze different components with von mises stress analysis process.
- Take into consideration monetary and physical constraints
- The design must not create more work than it saves on the way to, or at, the track.

Below is the Solidworks drawing for the rack itself. The next drawing is the quiklatch, but since this part will be ordered pre-assembled from the manufacturer, there will be no need to build or machine it.

Lessons Learned
- I learned what a Bill of Materials is, and how important it is to the design process
- Learned I could easily order the quiklatch from a local distributor, and that the manufacturer actually offers solidwork drawings of their Quiklatch assemblies.
