Homogeneous Transformation Matrix (HTM) -

A mathematical matrix operator that takes (operates on) the coordinates of a point in one coordinate system (CS) and yields that point's coordinates in a different CS that is rotated and/or displaced with repect to the first CS. See also Translation Vector and Rotation Matrix.
