If you want to install the software onto an existing Linux distribution or VM:

• Installing OpenMPI
• Installing Java and Eclipse-PTP

Afterwards, copy the sample programs in the required directory structure into your home directory.

• Using Ubuntu including within VirtualBox
• Linux Commands
• Accessing remote servers from a Windows platform (PuTTY, WinSCP, nano)
• Using UNC-C gridgw.uncc.edu cluster
• Connecting to cci-gridgw.uncc.edu from campus wireless or off-campus using VPN
• Creating graphical output using X11 graphics
• Using Eclipse for C, MPI, and Suzaku
