Technology today has been developed too rapidly without consideration of other people's voices. This leads to biases, inaccessibility, and oppression.
The Charlotte AI Research Group is dedicated to ensuring that all voices are listened to and given equal opportunities to all resources and opportunities.
By working closely with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and having deep discussions with others, we can ensure that this is a safe and inclusive environment.
