Tensile Tester with a Leadscrew Design
Collaborated in a two-person team to conceptually design a mechanically driven tensile tester capable of applying up to 2 kN of axial tensile load.
My work: structural frame and crosshead design, reaction-force and bolt-shear calculations, 3D CAD assembly integration, and SolidWorks FEA for stress, deformation, and buckling behavior.
Next step: replace this placeholder image with your best CAD render, then add 2–4 more images showing the frame, crosshead, analysis, and final assembly.
AirPods Protective Case
Designed a multicomponent AirPods enclosure in SolidWorks using dimensional constraints, part interfaces, and snap-fit features.
Engineering focus: comparison of FDM and SLA processes, DfAM, surface-finish requirements, tolerance considerations, manufacturability, assembly, and component fit.
Motor Mount Design
Designed a PLA motor mount in SolidWorks to support a 300 N transverse load.
Engineering focus: bending-stress and beam-deflection calculations using a factor of safety of 3 and a maximum allowable deflection of 0.3 mm.
