I
got my Ph.D. degree from the Computer
Science Department at Georgia State
University in Dec. 2009. After that, I
got trained in
the Department of Computer Science at
University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign and the Center of
Computational Science at the
University of Miami.
Prior
to moving to Charlotte, I worked
at Miami Dade College. Currently I
work as a lecturer in the
department of Computer Science at
the University of North Carolina
at Charlotte.
Over
these years, I have worked in diverse
institutions and labs. My
project-based interest is
applying computational and statistical
methods to solving problems in
scientific or educational
domains. I
enjoy the teaching and research. Both
are the sources of my passion for
learning, discovering, solving problems,
sharing experience, and helping
people.
