Thomas Fletcher is currently a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, studying Computer Science.
At the age of 20, he is the developer of this web page and designed the Harrisburg Golf Course because of his love
for the sport and
being from Harrisburg himself, he wanted to give back to his community.
