I’m proud to announce that this picture is not AI.
- Personal Background: Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and lived here all my life
- Academic Background: Academic Background: Got my “associate’s” degree in game design back in 2019. Decided to pivot over to computer science later on and now I am pursuing a B.S in computer science as of 2023. I am currently standing at a 4.0 as of this semester.
- Professional Background: Professional Background: I worked as a 3D graphics designer for a person for about 4 years, but contractual jobs diminished due to Covid. I then worked at Harris Teeter as a dairy clerk for about a year and a half, then I became a computer science TA for UNCC and I am currently a TA for ITSC2214 Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Background in this subject: Background in this subject: So far I know languages such as Python, Java, C, C# and RISC-V assembly.
- Primary Computer Platform: custom built desktop, windows 10
- MATH 1242 - Calculus 2: Unfortunately, this is a requirement for my major. A lot of the elective classes I’m taking currently are so I can focus on doing well in this particular class as it’s notoriously difficult.
- ITSC1110 - Introduction to Computer Science Principles: I decided to take this class as an elective to meet the credit requirement for my degree, and in hopes that it’s not difficult or workload heavy so I can focus on calculus 2.
- ITSC3160 - Database and Design Implementation: Initially I wanted to take ITSC 3135 - Web Design, but due to not being yet declared as a computer science major during last fall's registration period, this course was the only concentration course that was available to me. Fortunately, ITSC 1110 will be going over a little about web stuff, so I’ll get to do a bit of that anyways.
- FILM1502 - Introduction to film and media art: This was another elective I decided to take in hopes that it’s not too demanding so that I can focus on calculus 2.
- Funny/Interesting Item to Remember me by: I came to this school with only 4th grade level math skills.
