From a Student: "I tried installing the HEW software for the QSK M16C62P board in my Windows Vista system, and it its working fine now. I installed the Flash Development Toolkit given in the CD which had the USB driver. I didn't download any device drivers from the internet."
Here is the website to download WindowsXPMode for Windows 7. It creates a virtual console that can be run right on the desktop at anytime. The user will have to download a 500mb file, and another virtual pc file installation file. Once I had XP running I used flash development kit to install USB Renesas E driver then made windows. Manually look for the driver within Device Manager. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx
