Webwork Sets

Nearly all of the homework due for credit is really webwork (the Math Department's online homework system.)

To access this online homework, go the webwork page for Calculus II. Log in using your normal ninernet credentials. If you add late or switch sections, you may not have an account or may not have the correct due dates. Contact me to get this fixed.

There will be several sections on this site which will either count as quizzes or as extra credit sets. For a complete list of when each section will open, close, and have its answer become available as well as what it will be count as (ie: homework, extra credit, or quiz), see the file below.

Note, if we get ahead or behind in class, those the webwork dues dates may change.

Paper Assignments

Format

  • Staple all sheets of individual homework sets together.
  • Do not staple multiple homework sets together.
  • Do not write multiple sets on the same piece of paper.
  • Don't forget to write your name on each homework set that you turn in.
  • If you write out a set on your own paper: copy out the entire question.
  • Illegible work will not be graded.

    Electronically Submitted Assignments

This option is for special circumstances only. Get permission first to submit anything this way.

  • submit the assignments through the class's Moodle page; emailed submissions will not be accepted
  • file format: pdf or word (jpeg or gif files will not be accepted)
  • file content: each homework set needs to be in one file - do not combine multiple sets in one file
  • file name: include the section number or homework set number in the name of the file.
  • scan quality: the file must be able to be read and printed (don't use a phone to take a picture of the set)

    Directions for the Calculator Projects

You may work on your projects individually or in a group. If you choose to work in a group, write all your names on one project to be turned in as a group.
